The List
- Eating a little healthier
- Doing some push ups when I wake up
- Going for a bike ride when I get home instead of going right for the TV/Computer
- Reading whatever book I am reading at home for a few minutes instead of only while commuting
- Cleaning up after myself as soon as I am done instead of putting it off
- Organizing my tasks a little better
- Make a budget and stick to it
- Start taking the time to talk to people I have been meaning to reconnect with (this is a big one)
- Throw away all the clutter I have been holding on to for no real reason
- Cut back/out drinking and other unhealthy thing for a couple of days/weeks
**UPDATE**
So due to my lack of ability to remember to update everyday, here’s a brief synopsis of what I have been up to:
- Eating better or at least trying to at least 1 meal a day if not more
- Doing 1 more push up than I did the day before except when I am sick which has been a lot as of late
- Gone for a couple of decent bike rides although I have felt like crap since the last one
- I have only been drinking on weekend nights and only in social situations and not to excess
- I have spent more time and effort seeing friends I haven’t seen in a long time.
I realized I have been ignoring a few of the other items so I think I am going to make those a higher priority. Mostly spending less money and cleaning up after myself. I made so much progress when I cleaned my entire room and threw out all the clutter and now I am slipping.
